TERMS and CONDITIONS

TARIFFS quoted are based on two persons per apartment with a minimum 3 night stay.

PARKING is provided for one car per apartment.

These are NON-SMOKING premises and smoking is NOT permitted anywhere on the premises.

PETS are NOT permitted anywhere on the premises.

We will provide the following laundry for your stay; 1 set of bed linen, 1 Bath towel and 1 Hand towel per person, 1 tea-towel, 1 kitchen towel.

No liability is accepted for loss /damage to personal items (inc. vehicles).

Deposits are non refundable unless it has been possible to re-let the booking.

A deposit of 20% is payable on booking. The balance is payable 4 weeks before the start of the booking.

If the balance of the booking is not received by the due date then the apartment will be available for re-let.

If the booking is due to commence less than four weeks from the start of the booking then the whole of the payment is due.

Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of the deposit.

Apartments MUST be vacated before 10.00am on day of departure. Arrival after 2.00pm.

Please note that we would ask visitors to keep their apartment clean and tidy and to avoid undue noise which may disturb other guests
